WILLIAM PACKWOOD, Tailor and Baptist Preacher This book tells the story of William Packwood (1801-48). By trade he was as a tailor but his mission was as a Baptist preacher. Born in Rushden in Northamptonshire, we follow William to nearby Wollaston, and Keysoe in Bedfordshire. He emigrated to New York in 1848, a journey that ended in tragedy.
