A labor of love from a husband and wife team that love to cook, love to try new foods, love to research and learn new things, and love always having a project to work on. But mostly, we love to eat! This series, in 12 volumes, covers 144 countries of the world and will fill your head with great cooking ideas, give you the chance to taste things you've never tasted, and share interesting tidbits about the nations of this giant world we live in. We believe that food and having meals together are the great equalizers across the globe. We all have to eat, so why not enjoy the process in a unique and interesting way? Volume 2 reflects many more hours spent in the kitchen cooking, eating, cooking some more, and eating some more. This volume was an equal challenge to Volume 1, and we were very surprised by some of the foods we discovered. There are a lot of delicious recipes in this one! There are also two additional recipes in the volume that aren’t even listed in the table of contents (our bonus to you), a great big secret revealed, and a most peculiar history lesson on one of the lesser-known countries.
