Working Principle
When the pressure of the common rail is too low to start the engine, If one defective diesel fuel injector returning excess fuel back to the tank, it may result the pressure of the common rail getting low to start the engine.
To check the individual defective cylinder, you need to remove the diesel fuel injection line from the cylinder, use the fuel injector block off tool to seal common rail piple, more convenient compare to diesel fuel injection line.
If the common rail pressure return to normal and the engine start successfully, then shows the problem is the injector of this cylinder.
