We offer two installation solutions:
plan A: remove the long spacers(NO.7) on the axle, use washers(NO.8) that when stacked together are shorter than the spacer by the width of the luggage bracket , this will give enough room for axle nut and bracket.（do not remove axle）
plan B: You can place the CT200U on a milk crate or similar item to raise the bike off the ground. Position it carefully to keep it stable while you are working on the rear axle.Once positioned and tightened properly this rack along with a couple of bungee cords will allow you to carry extra weight safely and out of the way. (The rear rack is a bit difficult to mount, you must remove the rear wheel axle completely and replace it with the included ""longer"" axle. Recommended professional installation）
