Installation Notes: 

Install on Trim / Tilt Switch Side (Normally Starboard Side of Mercury / Honda / Johnson 4-Stroke, Johnson Outboards)

Install on Trim / Tilt Switch Side (Normally Port Side of Yamaha / Suzuki Outboards

F300-F350 V-8 models need 2 m- units, port and starboard)

1. Trim outboard to up position

2. Simply slideNorth-Boat Wedge on Trim / Tilt switch side normally Port side (see note) of Yamaha / Suzuki and normally Starboard side of Mercury / Honda / Johnson over Trim/Tilt piston rod of Lower unit

Note: (On Yamaha/Suzuki the trim/tilt switch may be on the Starboard side, if there is a grease zerk where the m- meets the swivel bracket, the m- must go on the Port or Starboard side depending on where the grease zerk is)

3. North-Boat Wedge will position and self-center, slide completely down.

4. Trim outboard down until the rubber begins to compress

5. To remove North-Boat Wedge simply trim outboard to up position and remove

6. Store North-Boat Wedge in any boat compartment for convenience
