She is happily married with a son, three daughters, and a grandson who pushes her to create a legacy to leave behind for them. She graduated from Barton College with a degree in Social Work and later obtained her Masters Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University. For 20 years she has worked closely with geriatrics in all capacities including healthcare, support services, and management.
