Curtis Estes, cfp(R), began his career in 1991 with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, and in 1997 he became a founding principal of Strategic Benefits Group. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in journalism. Curtis's focus is helping superstars create bigger futures. He does this by working with his clients to define their goals and dreams, then developing solutions to achieve these dreams. Most American families spend hour after hour planning their vacations, but only 14 minutes a year addressing their financial needs. Curtis is dedicated to helping them place at least as much intentionality on their financial picture as on their next holiday. As such, he considers life planning a critical complement of every family's financial future. Curtis is actively involved in the Bel Air Presbyterian Church, the Internal Justice Mission, and the National Center for Fathering. He is a trustee for Spokane's Whitworth University and an advisor to Pacifica Christian High School. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Kristi; sons, Jordan and Christian; and daughter, Vyvien.
