The long handles are removable and can be replaced with one of 6 color options - red, butternut orange, mint green, sky blue, royal blue, and purple. These skillets are also compatible with all domestic stoves, including induction.

Not only can Noir skillets be used on your stove, they can also be placed in the oven and dishwasher! Get cooking on any domestic stove, including induction. Remove the handles and you can pop your skillet in the oven up to 550˚F. When you're done, keep the handle off and load your skillet into the dishwasher for cleaning.
