The cable only transfer DC5v power and USB 2.0 Data (480Mbps). Not work for PD20V power. Two different connector for the cable: Type C connector 1 is needed to connect to the USB Host. There are pulled down to GND through a 5.1K resistor. Type C connector 2 is needed to connect to the USB device. There are pulled up to PWR through a 56K resistor.
