All isiBisi pasta noodles are small-batch produced in a facility under strict supervision of the isiBisi family. Our noodles are free from preservatives, emulsifiers, and all the artificial flavors found in large-scale industrial recipes.

Ingredients: GMO-free corn flour, GMO-free rice flour, spring water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 8 ounces of tubetti pasta to the boiling water.
3. Cook uncovered for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Taste the pasta to check for preferred consistency and saltiness.
5. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of EVOO and your favorite sauce to taste.
7. Time to dig in and savor every mouthful of your delicious and healthy pasta dish!

Storage:

Shelf-stable for 36 months after production. Store uncooked pasta in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
