Once feeling that handle assembly is stopped from sliding further, insert Concave Wedge and Wedge Screw into handle assembly and tighten Wedge Screw with fingers.B) While applying pressure to handle assembly to prevent it from backing off from shaft, rotate handle assembly about shaft clockwise for left hand (counterclockwise for right hand) installation until Handle Key is stopped by Outer Tube Notch. Hold handle assembly in this position, adjust the clearance between spotlight head and windshield to a minimum 1inch, and then tighten Wedge Screw to the torque of 65 5 in-lbs.
